We provide support to Opera users from our own offices and through a worldwide network of local representatives.

Our support engineers have extensive knowledge of multiphysics analysis of electromagnetic devices and applications, and are available to assist customers with questions on software capability, usage, automation and best-practice.

Confidentiality is respected at all times, but we are able to draw upon an internal library of examples, scripts and application notes.

If you have them to hand, please quote your customer and licence number in any communication.

If your Maintenance and Support contract has lapsed we would be pleased to arrange a quotation to update your license and allow you to benefit from the latest version of the software. See the New Features pages for details of enhancements released in Opera since your maintenance contract lapsed.

New versions of Opera are made available to supported customers on a regular basis. This will include improved functionality, new platform support, new interoperability libraries and the latest in 64-bit computing speed and security enhancements. The most recent release can be downloaded from our Download Site. You will need your customer and licence number, and activation code, to access the download site.
